Genderless Connector Design

Installation Information

Strip the cable carefully without cutting or damaging the conductor strands. Crimp one terminal onto the positive cable and the second terminal onto the negative cable using a suitable heavy-duty crimping tool.

Insert each terminated cable into the correct housing cavity until the terminal locks behind the retaining spring. Confirm the polarity and orientation against the mating connector before connecting power.

Once assembled, gently pull each cable to ensure the terminal is securely retained inside the housing.

The connector’s 50A rating must not be exceeded. Actual safe current capacity depends on cable size, cable length, connection quality, operating temperature and installation conditions.
