Red and Amber Marker Function

The lamp is designed to provide red and amber marker illumination, helping indicate the position and outline of a long vehicle or trailer when viewed from different directions. This is particularly useful on commercial trailers, transport equipment and specialised vehicle bodies where clearly identifying the vehicle’s outer dimensions is important.

Installation Information

Mount the lamp horizontally on a clean, flat and structurally secure surface. Its orientation is important because the red and amber sections must face the correct directions for the intended application.

Connect the lamp using the correctly keyed 2-pole Deutsch DT mating connector. Use terminals suited to the harness cable size and crimp them with compatible tooling. Confirm that all connector seals, cavity plugs and locking components are correctly fitted before use.
